The Purist x Tree – Never Heard of That

Tree’s Sunday School II mixtape is probably my favourite release of the year so far, so when my homie The Purist mentioned he was dropping a track with him, I was understandably amped to hear it. And its definitely not a let down in the slightest. Tree’s laid back drawl is a perfect match for the atmospheric Blade Runner meets trap music production. Who knows – sometime soon Tree might blow up and get the attention that Danny Brown and Action Bronson get these days, but until then, he remains an undiscovered diamond to all but those who know their rap onions.
