New video from one of my favourite groups out of Australia. Dialect and Despair drop more wisdom from down under. This video has a little NSFW about it, so think twice if you’re around people who might give a fuck.

If one man in Australia embodies the mantra of quality over quantity, it’s Melbourne MC and producer Trem One. His decade-long discography encompasses two sought after white label 12″s, two releases with his crew Lyrical Commission, production, raps and oversight on fellow commissioner Brad Strut’s solo releases and a small handful of carefully selected guest verses and production credits. This austerity, combined with the precision of his astute lyricism and economical production has given mythical status to his long-promised, elusive solo album.

Bliss N Eso (@BlissNEso) – Addicted [VIDEO]
November 3, 2010Dope new video from Australia’s Bliss N Eso. I’ve seen this stop frame graf animation done before, but they’ve definitely tied in in with the track in a tight way. This is definitely something you should check out whether you’re a fan of the music or a graf head.

Skrypcha (@Skryptcha) – The Numbers LP
August 6, 2010Sydney city citizen Skryptcha has dropped his second LP for Obese Records on the flip side of the world. The Numbers features beats from producers such as Chasm and Choose Mics, and these provide the perfect backdrop for the Aussie emcee’s verbals. Confident on the mic, guest appearances are kept to the minimum, and aside from hooks, only Jeswon of The Thundamentals and Dialectrix are called into duty. This is a solid album, and those of you that don’t get freaked out by the sound of an antipodean accent should give this a go. And come on Obese, don’t you think Skryp deserves a video now?
