Just got back from the studio to Illwood Heights to drop the tracklisting from todays show. Had another little slap on the wrist from the management due to my lack of radio edits. Its been a long time coming, but The 273 radio show should be back live tomorrow afternoon between 12-3pm UK time. I’ll be dropping some new and old joints whilst trying (and failing) to self-censor all the rude words for the radio people. Well, here we go again. 273 Radio returns to the airwaves and internet streams next tuesday between 12-3pm UK time on www.CodeSouth.fm. Got a load of new shish to give a little shine to, and hopefully joining me in the basement will be none other than Daps, resident DJ from the Beatdown and Beer & Rap nights that used to hold down Brighton residents for their Hip Hop fix. I did ask him last night during Salvo’s stag night festivities, so lets hope he still remembers…

We’re back! Finally after all this time, The 273 Show returned to the airwaves after our brief hiatus, and aside from a few teething problems with the new studio set up, we settled back into the swing of things pretty easily. Got a few hits on the show shout box, so good to know Tyni and I weren’t just playing tracks for each other at least. Dropped a few gems for you during the three hours we were on air – Tyni threw on a couple of right bangers from the new LDZ mixtape Brainstorm, while I hit you off with the brand new Soul Khan single which winged its way into my inbox from the homie J57 in the early AM.
