I thought I knew this dude’s name from somewhere, and it turns out I posted a video from ESH back in April. This track is off Spanish Producers’ DJ Keal and Hibe’s new album Borderless, and in the words of ESH, “It’s like downloading the Superbowl whilst riding dirt bikes with Bruce Springsteen”. Got that?

Don’t be fooled by the artwork, this track from this week’s Unknown Element, Arsenal Hendrix is really pretty good. He’s got one of those voices that just catches the ear. Reminds me a little of a slightly more up tempo Vast Aire from Cannibal Ox. There’s some energy there which is so sadly lacking in a lot of rappers these days. More please.

I’m just about recovered from a very messy Christmas, so I guess its time to get back on my game as far as delivering the goods on the new music front. Got a small backlog to clear, starting with this new verse from Nova Rockafeller. Her new EP, The Warm Up drops soon.
