New video from Apathy, Scoop Deville and Ryu aka The Get Busy Committee… slickly produced this one. Party’s over here, keep the haters over there! • Koaste
The homie and fellow Illwoodian, 184 has just taken a load of his material, scrunched it up compactly in his hand and thrown the resulting sonic snowball at your collective faces. If you don’t know about 184, I think its about time you got to know. This is available to download as well, so click on that little arrow thing and act like you stole something. • Koaste
Its almost time for the good doctor to unleash his second LP, Benny Huge, the follow up to 2007′s Self Taught, and I for one can’t wait. He’s already dropped Subcultures Pt 2 as a little teaser along with the video for Hire Me, and now he’s leaked a new track produced by Brighton’s Scizzahz and featuring the turntable wizardry of Manipulate. Ill as fuck. • Koaste
Holy Christ. Double time just isn’t enough anymore for some people. Kay Slay brings in Busta, Layzie, Twista, and even one time rhyming partner of Jay-Z, Jaz-O to wreak some absolute carnage at approximately 205mph, and yet every syllable grips to the beat perfectly. Mind blowing. • Koaste
Scorzayzee has been dropping some heat recently, and this track is no exception. One straight verse, tons of quotables – exactly what we’ve come to expect from the Notts spitter. Get it while its hot. • Koaste
Some mighty scores in the league this week, in no small part down to the boy Berbatov, who racked up FIVE goals for Man Utd against Blackburn Rovers, joining the elite club whose only members so far are The Thug, The Goalhanger and The Serial Penalty Misser. Lets run down the top three in reverse order this week.
In third place, and up to second in the table, the highest he’s been all season, is Herbie Dragons with 63pts. 24pts of them coming from Nani (double points for being captain).
Second place goes to the man Gi3mo, Boozetown Rovers clocking up 26pts* from Arshavin as well as 25pts from Berbatov. He moves up to tenth in the table.
But clinching the manager of the week prize this time out, and for the first time this season is emcee, producer, and Don’t Flop battler, Scizzahz who smashes 89pts in the the back of the net (Berbatov 25pts). That moves him up to the giddy heights of second place, and only 37pts behind yours truly. I hope I’m right in my prediction that Berbatov will fail to his the net for at least another five games now…
Manager of the Week: Scizzahz
Couldn’t decide what track of Scizzahz to post – just type the name into youtube and you’ll find plenty of goodness, so I thought I’d go for this Genius Squad classic…

A little something from North of the border. Here’s Edinburgh’s Madhat with his new video for Simple Things. Acoustic twinged tracks are always a little bit hit or miss for me though, and I’m undecided on this one at the moment. • Koaste
I didn’t make it to this event, choosing to sponsor it and stay at home, but from the looks of this trailer, I missed a massive one. The first of the videos from this is gonna hit the net at the start of December, and I’m led to believe its gonna be Soul Khan vs Sensa, which I know from a couple of witnesses was EPIC. It’ll be up on here soon as Eurgh releases the vid. Til then, enjoy the trailer… • Koaste
